In an effort to better serve the public I have focused my real estate practice on unimproved vacant land, both commercial and residential. As a result, I have effectively provided my clients with a competitive advantage allowing them to draw on my expertise in that area. In an effort to further focus my real estate practice I limit my land sales to Anchorage, Eagle River, and the Mat-Su Valley. This allows me to provide my clients with an in-depth knowledge of the market place.
