We will search the market to find a lot the meets your needs

With your input we will determine your specific real estate needs

We search properties listed in the MLS as well as properties not listed in the MLS

We will help secure financing for you if necessary

Once you find a property you wish to purchase I will fill out and assist with all the necessary paperwork

I assist in the negotiation of the property including, but not limited to, price, terms, and timeline

I work on your behalf you overcome any obstacles that may hinder the purchase of the property

I can recommend contractors for property inspections to be preformed

Help you interpret reports such as well, septic, and soil test

Work to make the transaction as smooth as possible
